If P&C Insurance

SVP, M&A Integration Lead — If & Topdanmark

Accountable for end-to-end merger planning and execution of Topdanmark into If/Sampo (50 billion SEK acquisition). From integration strategy and synergy case development, through due diligence, to legal merger completion. Led the programme alongside executive management, with regular presentations to the If Board and Sampo leadership. Delivered on time — without external consultants.

2020 – 2023
If P&C Insurance

SVP, Head of Private & Commercial IT

Led a Nordic/Baltic IT unit of ~700 employees and 200 consultants with a 2 billion SEK budget. End-to-end accountability for IT strategy, governance, delivery, and operations for If's two largest business areas (combined revenue ~53 billion SEK). Member of business area and group IT management. Designed and rolled out a cross-functional agile operating model for 1,200+ people, defined the API & data strategy, and grew the organisation by 40%. Founded the If Tech talent management organisation.

If P&C Insurance

SVP, Head of IT — Business Area Private

Led a Nordic/Baltic IT unit of ~350 employees and 100 consultants with a 1.2 billion SEK budget. Member of the Business Area Private management team (4,000 employees, revenue ~30 billion SEK). Accelerated the core system replacement journey, initiated a large-scale Azure cloud migration, and grew the team by 50% while offsetting costs through consultancy reductions.
